Restoration Ministries was born out of the heart of an individual who went through emotional, verbal, and physical abuse and also suffers from emotional problems and depression.
Restoration Ministries has a deep compassion and love for those that have been emotionally wounded, verbally wounded and physically abused, emotional problems, depression and Bipolar. We at Restoration Ministries want you to feel safe and know that everything that you share with us is held in confidentiality, We will pray with you and for you and we can lead you to resources that can help you. Restoration Ministries is not licensed counseling, but an internet ministry, and a support for those that suffer from verbal, emotional, physical abuse, emotional problems, depression and Bipolar and we work through the leading of the Holy Spirit.
Restoration means a bringing back to a former position or condition
In Jeremiah 30:17 King James Version it says For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the LORD
The Lord says in Jeremiah 30:17 that I will restore Health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds
One of the definitions of a wound in Webster’s Dictionary is a mental or emotional hurt or blow
If we look at Jeremiah 30:17 it does not say I may restore, or I might restore but The Lord said I will restore and I will heal. We have to have the mindset that Jesus Christ will Heal and he will Restore.
In Luke 4:18 it Says The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised
Let us take a look at Luke. I believe that Luke had a very special anointing on his life. I believe that Luke had suffered a broken heart at one time or another, I believe that he also had things in his life that once held him captive, when I think of the recovering sight to the blind. Yes I believe that Blind people where healed in the natural sense, but I believe that people that where blind spiritually because of broken hearts, held captive by things of their past received a “Spiritual Sight” and he also was sent to help those that are bruised. I have heard that a bruise is nothing more than bleeding under the surface of the skin. There are people that are bruised. We may not see what is going on and they can look fine on the outside but they are hurting, they are brokenhearted, and they are held captive by things of their past, and they are bruised. And because of the brokenness that they have dealt with and the deep hurts, things that held them captive, and the bruises they feel like they could not share these things with anyone because it’s to personal for them to share.
Restoration Ministries believes in Galatians 6:1 restore such an one in the spirit of meekness
Meekness in the Webster’s Dictionary means enduring injury with patience and without resentment
People are injured because of a painful situations whether past or present, but we can help Restore with meekness, we need to be patient with them and not hold any resentment because of their situations.
It is the Desire of Restoration Ministries to be a light and let them know that Jesus Christ will Heal and will Restore
